Thomas Hamilton
Chairman

Tom Hamilton joined Deaf-Talk at its inception in 2000, in a sales capacity, and has been instrumental in the growth of the company.  Prior to joining DT, Mr. Hamilton worked at several medical device and medical service companies introducing their products and services both in the United States and Europe, gaining the European equivalent of FDA approval for one company's instrumentation and recruiting some of the most highly recognized hospitals in the United States to participate in an International telemedicine program.

Robert W. Fisher
CEO

Prior to co-founding Deaf-Talk, Mr. Fisher was COO for Halbach & Braun (H&B), a US subsidiary of a German firm selling capital equipment to the mining industry. H&B had sales over $50 million/year. Bob earned an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and his BS in business and accounting is from Penn State University.

C. David Stauffer
President

Prior to co-founding Deaf-Talk, Mr. Stauffer founded and was president of Quarry Machinery (QM) - 1995. QM manufactured and commercialized a patented rock-crushing machine for use in quarries. Prior to QM, Mr. Stauffer owned and was president of Allied Equipment, a John Deere equipment, parts, and service sales distributor of construction equipment for central PA. Allied employed about 20. He attended the University of Missouri.

Richard Ferris
Secretary

Richard Ferris is a practicing attorney having graduated from Colgate University and the Dickinson School of Law.  He has been admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Western District Court of the United States of America, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
While engaged in the general practice of law, his practice has included the formation and counseling of business corporations and solicitorship of municipal corporations and authorities.
 

Joseph Denardo

Joseph is a successful entrepreneur who has founded and managed several real estate development and construction entities involved in design, development, and construction of various types of properties. Over the past 25 years, his commercial and residential developments have facilitated the creation of over $200M in real estate value. Joseph has a B.A. degree in Economics and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh as well a M.S. Degree in Public Management and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
